The CodeTAP emulator for the i960(R) Rx processor is a combination of a software and hardware debugging solution designed to accelerate development over the entire life cycle of your project. The advantage of a hardware-enhanced approach is that it provides the most realistic view of the embedded code, as it executes in-circuit, in real time --letting you focus on debugging your application, not your tools. Software-only solutions provide only a limited view of the target's real-time operation.
